At Galleria della Vita, we are committed to delivering museum-quality artwork and ensuring a smooth, trustworthy experience.
Returns (Canvas Prints)
Because each canvas print is made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or refunds for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or personal preference.
We gladly replace or refund items that arrive:
- Damaged during shipping
- Defective or with a manufacturing issue
- Incorrect due to an error on our part
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
Once approved, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
In some cases, you may not be required to return the item.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please:
- Request a return for the original item
- Place a new order for the desired piece
Return Authorization

Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
Items must be shipped back within 14 days of approval.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified of approval or denial
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Please allow a few business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
Original Artwork (Final Sale)
All original paintings are final sale due to their unique and one-of-a-kind nature.
Returns are not accepted on original works.
Delivery Issues
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
- Damaged in transit: Full refund or replacement with proof
- Incorrect delivery address provided by customer: Not eligible for refund
- Marked as delivered: Claims will be reviewed based on tracking confirmation
