Returns (Canvas Prints)

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition (unused and undamaged)
  • Returned in its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • You may use a shipping carrier of your choice
  • A valid tracking number is required for all returns

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

Once approved, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
In some cases, you may not be required to return the item.


Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please:

  1. Request a return for the original item
  2. Place a new order for the desired piece

Items must be shipped back within 14 days of approval.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or denial
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Please allow a few business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.


Original Artwork (Final Sale)

All original paintings are final sale due to their unique and one-of-a-kind nature.
Returns are not accepted on original works.


Delivery Issues

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

  • Damaged in transit: Full refund or replacement with proof
  • Incorrect delivery address provided by customer: Not eligible for refund
  • Marked as delivered: Claims will be reviewed based on tracking confirmation
